Chakra system

In The Vedas (Hindu Scriptures, NOT in New Age rubric or Western occult analyses) there are seven basic chakras which exist in the subtle or pranic body. The seven separate chakras have a purspose but they must work together to create balance in the body. The chakras are thought to vitalise the physical body and to be assosiated with interactions of physical emotional and mental nature. The function of the chakras is to spin and draw and keep the spiritual, mental emotional and physical health of the body in balance.

These chakras are named:

  • Bhairava,
  • Sadasiva,
  • Isvara,
  • Rudra,
  • Vishnu,
  • Brahma,
  • Indra.
